St. John the Baptist School serves girls and boys from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. We have a long history of providing exceptional education that prepares students for further education and life-long success. Our graduates excel in high school and graduate in the top percentage of their classes. St. John’s School is recognized for its premium education while providing a strong, basic development in the Catholic faith.

We welcome students of various ethnic and religious backgrounds. Since we are a Catholic School, we do expect all of our students to participate in religion classes. We attend Mass twice a week, and Catholic and non-Catholic students participate as servers, readers and gift bearers. Also, we are fortunate to have an outstanding choir that sings in church on a regular basis.

Our school has state accreditation, and our teachers are highly qualified. We offer the same classes that are available in the public schools. We have computer classes, an accelerated reading program, and an Algebra I class for our top eighth grade students.

We provide physical education and opportunities to play basketball, volleyball, track and cross-country. Several dedicated adults volunteer as coaches.

If you visited St. John’s on any given day, you would see children with happy faces. You would also see parents or parishioners donating their time some place in the school.

In the Admissions section of the website, you will find complete information about applying for admission, acceptance policies, and tuition rates. The student handbook is another good source of information if you are considering enrollment at St. John’s.
