Walk or run for our school athletic program!
Races for All Paces . . . This fun event for all Southern Illinois runners and walkers is set for Saturday, May 26, at 9 a.m. at the West Frankfort City Park. The event includes a 5K run, 5K walk, and 1-mile non-competitive fun walk. St. John's students and their families can get the discount rate through the last day of school! For all your gift-giving needs, from birthdays to holidays, our SCRIP program makes it easy. You can order gift cards that can be used at your favorite retailers and at some of our local stores. Proceeds help support St. John's School.
Songs of a Suffering Servant, the music CD composed by Fr. Trevor and sung by St. John's Children's Choir, can now be purchased at the school or online through CD Baby Independent Music. This is contemporary sacred music that draws the connection between the Old and New Testaments.
All proceeds from this project benefit St. John the Baptist School.
SCRIP
Scrip is a year-round fundraiser that enables ALL families to support St. John’s School through their everyday purchases. Gift cards to restaurants, department stores, grocery stores, gas stations, and many more businesses are available. Order forms for Scrip cards are available here on our website, at the school, at weekend Masses, and occasionally sent home with students from school.
For example, if you purchase a Kroger card for your grocery shopping, 4% of your purchase goes to our school. McCord’s gift cards give us 5% of your purchase. The school automatically earns each time you purchase a gift card!
